-comfortable working, living and recreational conditions for the population of the Sub-Park, which will grow, for an estimated 5 years, to 20,000 people.
The sub-park is divided into three clusters, each of which is formed around the public education center. Each cluster is a completely self-sufficient residential formation with developed social, engineering and transport infrastructures. Three public education centers are connected by the main transport artery of the sub-park. In the same direction is laid the route for non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians. The movement of transport on hydrocarbons (excluding special vehicles) is provided only around the perimeter of the sub-park. There are also intercepting parking. The structure of the housing stock in each of the clusters is different. From multi-storey apartment buildings in the neighborhood with the Sokol village, a blocked residential development near the river Volma to the cottages among the forest in the northern part of the Sub Park.
