Residential complex in M. Gorky Street in Rostov-on-Don (Russia)

The residential complex consists of three parts:
- 9-24 storey residential buildings
- the volume of a two-story office building with stylobates
- an underground car park for 77 cars.
Two 24-storey residential blocks have a latitudinal orientation. The 9-storey block is of meridional orientation.
In order to provide insolation of residential buildings, 24 storey blocks have been reduced in size since the 9th floor.
The roof of the office block is maintained, planted with greenery, where areas for recreation of residents are designed.
Underground parking takes up almost the entire part of the allotted area. On the roof of the parking there are accomplishments with the entrances to the houses and offices.
Residential building on the site #1 is a 24 storey. The composition of the apartments on the first 3 residential floors is 1-1-2-2-3-3, on the next 6 floors 2-2-2-3-3, on the last 13 floors 1-2-2-3.

Without taking into account summer premises - 8138 m2
Office area - 996 m2
The number of apartments is 100 apartments.
