The building is located on the intersection of Titova Street and 14 Polotskaya Street in Vitebsk.
On the first floor of the shopping center there is a grocery store.

In the basement there are storage rooms, cookery and semi-finished products, household staff and utility rooms.

On the second floor there is a department store, shopping galleries and a fast food cafe with a dining hall for 44 seats. The entrance to the cafe is designed from the hall of the second floor, connected by a staircase for visitors with a recreational area of the ground floor. On the third, the attic floor, the offices are designed. The main entrance to the shopping center is decorated with the sculpture of the goddess Nika by sculptor Ivan Kazak.
