The building of the trade and public center is located in the area of the intersection of the P-45 and R-46 roads in Polotsk.
The architectural and compositional solution of the building of the center is made on a combination of deaf horizontal volumes and accented with solid glazing and large canopies with open metal structures on two main entrances for visitors.
The construction of the complex was designed in two stages: a food hypermarket with shopping galleries, a food court area and an artificial ice rink, a DIY store with trade galleries and a summer trade area. In front of the building of the commercial and public center there is a flat parking for 630 cars.
