The quarter of residential low-rise buildings is located in the North-Eastern administrative district, in the municipal district "Lianozovo" in Moscow.
The buildings of the quarter are located on the territory of an oak grove. Landing of buildings, the location of driveways and sidewalks are carried out taking into account the maximum conservation of green spaces.
The linear scheme of blocking sections with the outermost sections protruding to the floor of the enclosure emphasizes the direction of the street and gives a sense of orderliness of the overall composition of the residential group located in the picturesque park zone.

The stairwells of the houses face the street, and most of the bedrooms overlook the park. On the staircase of the sections are three apartments: one-bedroom, two-room, three-room.

The constructive and planning schemes of the sections make it possible to implement the principle of "free planning" of apartments within the section. The fourth floor of the house is an attic. Entrance to the section is through the lobby. The building has a technical underground for wiring of engineering networks and for accommodation of engineering premises.
