The architecture of the facades is solved due to the plastic game by the volumes of the loggias, which have different sizes and outlines in the plan. With large loggias, which have a planar shape of a sloping arc, there is an arc-like cross-sectional shape of the roof. Roof boiler room located in the end five-storey section serves as the vertical accent of the house and is oriented to the intersection of the two main pedestrian links of the microdistrict.
