The shopping center is located on the north-eastern outskirts of Beloyarsk. The building is a single-storey, detached volume of L-shaped in plan. The main entrance for visitors is oriented towards the residential microdistrict and to the open car park. The loading area of the TOC is facing towards the bypass motorway.
The architectural and compositional solution of the building of the shopping center is built on contrasting deaf horizontal volumes with a central part glazed over the whole height of the facade and the verticals of the columns of the canopy of the main entrance.
The entrance area to the store is designed without thresholds and steps, with minimal deviations into the pedestrian cover of the general layout.

The main planning core of the shopping center is the square in the center of the building with a fountain in the middle, lit by a street light. Directly from the main entrance to the square with a fountain there is the main shopping gallery. From the square, directions are opened along the shopping galleries to the entertainment center with cinemas and the grocery store - the main attraction points for visitors. Thus, for the visitor, the entire spatial structure of the shopping center becomes visible and understandable.

In the building there are: a grocery store, an area of commercial anchor tenant selling household appliances, food courts with a group of auxiliary premises, a cinema multiplex for four rooms, a children's entertainment center, rental premises, public bathrooms.
